Gift Wrapping

Our standard handling time at MoonWillow Bookshop is 5-7 business days. This period covers order preparation and packaging. Shipping times are not included in this time. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive additional tracking number for shipment monitoring.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days to begin the return process. Customer covers return shipping, except for defects. Refunds are processed upon receipt of items and depend on your banking institution's policies. All returns and refunds are subject to approval.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately using the Contact Us form. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or file a damage claim.
